In the heart of the central French Pyrenees lies the small village of Arbas, where one of the oldest free flight schools in the Pyrenees, Surfair, is located.The Arbas site with its two takeoffs allows for both school flights for beginners and thermal and distance flights for the more experienced.At the landing, a refreshment bar is open on weekends and has become the meeting point and exchange point for local paragliders.The Surfair free flight school offers tandem paragliding initiations, pilot training courses, from beginner to advanced level, and stays abroad, in Spain or Morocco.It is also a shop for new and used equipment.
